Shipping policy
We strive to process and ship orders within 1–2 business days.
Please allow 7 to 9 days for delivery of the products. However, these timeframes may vary depending on the destination country, and we kindly ask for your understanding in case of slight delays.
We offer tracked shipping. Therefore, you will be able to track your parcel and stay informed about its location. Please note that it may take 3 to 5 days for the tracking information to be updated in the system.
Products will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. You are required to provide accurate information and are responsible for verifying it. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses.
Some shipments may be held in transit or returned to us (for example: incorrect address, unclaimed parcel at the post office, etc.). The customer must contact us at fithelpro@gmail.com to arrange reshipment of the goods.
At checkout, you will be informed of the shipping fees. These may vary depending on several factors:
